We love our two year old, white boxer, Luna. She is partially deaf, but she has character. She a fun, loving dog that enjoys to cuddle. She is also known as our Forbes St. watch dog. She loves to snoop around and observe what’s going on in the neighborhood. She is very active. Thank goodness we have a good size yard because she runs with so much speed. It’s amazing to watch. We trained her with an E-collar and she responds so well that when I take her out for walk/jog/run I do not even use the leash. She stays with me at whatever pace I go. She is so much fun to take on hikes too. Love, love her ❤️

My beautiful white boxer is over 12 1/2 yrs young. She still looks and acts like a puppy. She hasn’t had any serious health problems and is not deaf or blind. I think the reason she has surpassed the age limit and health problems of the breed is regular exercise and raw food. She makes everyone happy! Best dog ever!

i have my second White Boxer. The first one was Not deaf but died of cancer. My second is staring at me right now insisting she hasn’t eaten in months. (Dinner was an hour ago) She is deaf but has trained me to allow her in when she barks. She is of course a house puppy. The Shelter was extremely careful Not to let me know she was deaf. It would not have mattered. Love at first sight! However the said she was 4 years old & housebroken. 8 months old maybe & she had already had a litter. No more, but she only chews on me & tries never to break anything.
Article was good & worth reading.
