This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reports@wikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergency@wikimedia.org.

Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard.


Report disputes with users that require administrator assistance. Further steps are listed at resolve disputes.


Reports that do not suit the vandalism noticeboard may be reported here. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.


Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

Setincho (talk · contributions · Move log · block log · uploads · Abuse filter log)  - The user has uploaded many copyvios before, and in their recent uploads they try to make it look like the images they upload are not copyvios. For example, they have uploaded a cropped image of screenshot of Google Maps (File:Ingreso Complejo Jorge Griffa 1.jpg) and then when a user marked it for copyvio they edited manually the photo and they said it is a different photo (File:Ingreso Complejo Jorge Griffa 2.jpg), I made a collage to point out the things that were edited for easy viewing (link). Block review: Dronebogus

I blocked Dronebogus for 1 week to force them to disengage from this AN/U thread after I warned them that they were becoming disruptive. The triggering edits for the block are these three. As I am already far more involved in this mess than I'd care to be, I'd like some less/uninvolved admins to weigh in. Good block? Bad block? Too short?
